Almost definitely no... unless the external floppy disk drive has an
interface like IR or maybe, just maybe, USB. You then need to worry about
necessary software for communication and I could find nothing appropriate
on search engines.

It is assumed that diskettes are quite arcane. Pen drives or other
flash-like memory are the replacement that has a wider target market.
