Windows is not the 'mother of all' to be judged against. Windows needs
complex uninstall programs because of its heavily-plagued registry system,
which is the reason for its poor performance too.

Go to Home -> App -> Delete...
Remove the unwanted executable. It is usually quite clear which file this
should be, simply judging by the name. This will in most cases establish a
clean sweep because files are somehow interlinked and PRC's are quite
independent. The only application I can think of as an exception is AvantGo
where tiny data files need to be erased separately. They have the AvantGo
prefix though so it's all rather obvious.
