Each village deserves to have one fool. Perhaps he ran out of money, then
opted to become the slave/cogwheel for a software vendor rather than an
independent figure. A colleague of mine is said to have built the first
Linux distribution and he too works for a company rather than hack kernels
all day long. It is a fair choice, but the community lingers on where things
have been left idle.
