 Um, I certainly got that impression from this: "... Vista feels like
Windows XP SP2 in a fancy suit. I really do hope that it is much more
than that though."

 Hoping for much more? Isn't that disappointment?

 Headlines aren't written by the authors of an article in most media;
editors do that. I don't see any more slant in Roy's headlines than in
other media (less, actually) and the original article is always linked
to so people can decide for themselves.
