Reminds me of City Wok and City Airlines in South Park. The Chinese man in
the series pronounces City like "Shitty" and repeats the name of the
companies endlessly. It would not be funny in textual form , but if you saw
it, you would know what I'm talking about...

There is more of an issue when it comes to internationalisation. A company
name that may be perfectly suitable and even innocent in one country
translates _really_ _terribly_ when uttered somewhere else. I have seen it
before. Local agencies (e.g. importers) deliberately change the
pronunciation to encourage sales.
