Different phrases will be searched for at different volumes. Different
phrases will also be competitive to a greater or lesser degree. Aim for what
you believe is within your 'league', after some careful investigation if you
are unsure.
Atop of all considerations, it is possible to capture a good position for one
phrase while aiming for another, as a sort of 'side effect'. In my
opinion/impulsive instinct

While the ones at the top will be more popular, they will also be more
difficult to enter. Choose carefully or create different entry pages that
aim for the different variations.
