Fedora Core 6 has been installed on over 2 million computers. That's
just one distro. This is a fact. The stats were takem off the Fedora
update server.
Linux is slowly but steadily gaining ground on Microsoft. More and
more schools, federal agencies & local governments are moving
to Linux for better secuity and for huge savings in license fees.
Once Linux gets in the schools and the kids start using it,
you can bet there will a huge surge in home Linux installations.
