Music publishers accuse XM of copyright infringement

This is like attempting to protect source code, which is hard. They can't
just deliver something without it being capture-able. Next thing you know,
along with Vista, we'll need to buy new special radios, graphics cards, and
monitors, throwing the old ones at the land dumps. That's their vision.
Never mind the fact that it won't protect copyrights. DRM only spurs piracy,
and the same goes for software. See below:
