With an estimated growth rate of 35-40 per cent for training in open
source technologies, Anton Ravindran, group CEO and founder, Genovate
expects to ready 1500 certified professionals in the next twelve
months.
Boasting a growth rate of 70 \u2013 80 per cent Y-o-Y, Genovate plans
to invest around $3-5 million to open two more centers in the next
two months in addition to eight centers across the country.
Progress is slow, but visible.

Programs today get very fat; the enhancements tend to slow the programs down
because people put in special checks. When they want to add some feature,
they'll just stick in these checks without thinking how they might slow the
thing down.
