		<description><![CDATA[I agree with you. I guess the only problem that users in the Philippines like would encounter is the cost of mobile access to the Internet. I can&#039;t afford advanced Palm devices yet--I&#039;m using a second hand m505--but I do access the Internet through my cellphone&#039;s prepaid account. And the cost is really expensive, like a 2$ load could be used up in a few minutes if you&#039;d be sending and receiving two or three 50KB photos.]]></description>
