Hey guys! I’ve got a second interview with Google where they do the “toss the code at you and program on the fly” via IM.
Has anyone else gone thru this process and what tips do you have?

Hey, congratulations on even getting an interview with Google and best of luck! I know you would make a great “addition” to Google, and if they don’t hire you, I’m thinking it is their loss, not yours.
