McCain made a big boo-boo when he selected Palin and assumed that women would vote for him. I don't know *any* woman of voting age who liked Palin. My mother loathed Palin a lot. I am a female, and I will never vote for someone based solely on gender, race, etc. I do research before going to vote, and I do not rely on cable TV. It disappoints me, however, that people will vote for a candidate just because he's popular. Is that really a good reason? That is irresponsible voting, in my opinion. Look at the issues first. I don't want to hear the name "Sarah Palin" ever again!
