Introduction

At the end of 2010 I began looking into a research direction I hadn't yet taken and in February 2011 I began working on implementation of algorithms for surface comparison, be it for comparing organs, faces, etc. This enables verifying one's identity, comparing 3-D data in a deformation-invariant way. I made all of my code Free/open source software, along with some BSD-licensed code that I had downloaded and some of my colleagues', where it's reasonable to do so. Documentation and code can be found below.
