Re: S/A & Maslow

To answer your question briefly, I have mistaken Maslow's initials with.
According to my notes, it was A. H. Maslow. I think I may have mixed up
these initials with those of a theory published subsequently by Prof.
Frederick Herzberg - the Motivation - Hygiene theory a.k.a. M-H.
