There is something important here which I don't understand. If you can use
Outlook Express, then why do you use Yahoo at all?

Does Outlook crash you computer while OE doesn't?

the information that Outlook Express Sends and Receives, while "Outlook" (an
upgrade to Outlook Express) still is disabled. I thought perhaps this
information would have something to do with helping solve the problem. It
was stupid of me to suggest that while OE functions well, its cousin
"Outlook" does not Send and Receive because I believed there was a related
factor that might be the cause of the problem.
