I have found a way of doing some exercise here in Surrey. I
wake up at 5am in the morning and have a run around this
quiet fine town. My journey today reached its peak as I
climed up a nice hill from which Guildford can be nicely
viewed. I then stopped to perform 8 sets of push-ups. Is
that not reminiscent fo what you typically do?
