Hi Chuck,

I am glad you asked. I too saw it on someone else's page and just liked it too 
much to resist it. Only yesterday I mentioned it in alt.html which is a big 
part of UseNet.

Here is what you want:

Go to:

http://www.schestowitz.com/Projects/WordPress

Scroll down to find fancytitle.css and fancytitle.css

Then, having put it in some directory, put in your index.php something like 
the following:

<meta name="robots" content="all" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="nicetitle.js"></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="nicetitle.css"/>
