I am sending you again a picture of that 'dashboard' I have. On the left of 
the screen you can see these items (sites) I keep track of.Coloured  
magnifying glass indicates that new items are available (ones you have not 
seen yet). On the top-right you will see a concise summary of items under the 
site you are watching. In this case it is MATLAB Central. On the bottom right 
you can see a preview (excerpt) of an item being highlighted. If you want to 
see the actual Web page, you simply press the link and the browser opens the 
full page. If you want to collect all the new items from all the sites and 
display them jointly (aggregate them), that's possible too.
