To judge the size of a domain, you can use:

which provides results rather fast.
For a reliable count of IBL's and PR updates, the following is useful:

I don't see how your question relates to CSS though. You got the wrong
number...
try NNTP: alt.html or alt.www.webmaster or alt.internet.search-engines.
