Hi Andy,

Sorry  again  for taking this on-list. I wish I could submit a  stub,  but
Trac/Mosquito require authentication. Perhaps I am missing somewhere obvi-
ous where bugs can be submitted without echoing unnecessary 'noise'.

Anyway,  I thought/hoped that a light would be be lit as soon I  mentioned
"collisions".  I am new to this mailing list, so I really couldn't tell. I
remembered  accesskeys collision, of which there are none which I can spot
in Linux. I have highlighted the top panel to get the source, which I hope
can help debugging (see below).

I  am  using  Firefox 1.0.7 with about 10 plug-ins. I can  strip  off  the
plug-ins  one-by-one  and try to find the problem. I have had 1.5  (alpha)
installed  for  quite some time, but it breaks too much in the profile.  I
can try it nonetheless if you want and see what happens.

Now  that you mention it, the only thing I can think of as being the  cul-
prit       is       Firefox       pure-CSS       ad       blocking       <
http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/adblock.html  >,  which  I  know  a
large  proporation of Firefox users have put in place. It excludes  images
based on some criterion, e.g. ad* (see list in page).

HYPOTHETICAL: If this is the cause of the problem, maybe renaming would be
a  solution?  It's  a gross fix, I know, but having this  collision  makes
editing impossible. It had me very confused as well.
