Sometimes digitizers just go bad.  DigiE or DigiFix can help in some cases.  
Sometimes you just have to get a new digitizer, available at 
http://www.pdaparts.com.  My T3 had that problem, which is why I have it.  
The owner gave up on it and gave it to me.  DigiFix didn't help, but DigiE 
did help to some extent; the problem was so bad, though, that I bought and 
installed a new digitizer, and now it works perfectly.
