Any such utility would be aimless as it can't estimate time safely.
The Palm-side does not know anything about the data on the PC-side and vice
versa. So, given that all you have is the list of tasks, you can only ever
estimate time based on previous HotSync's. If you want a progress
indicator, time a few typical HotSync's, average the time and set a timer
or a general-purpose progress bar.
You are asking many questions and cross-post to a lot of groups. What's up
with that?!?!
