I sure hope so. It will stop a trend of random, unreliable sources of
information.
It is hard to see if you are happy or unhappy about it (4 exclamation points
and 3 question marks are ambiguous). From the point-of-view of practicality
and the contribution to society, it is a positive move though. It is bad
news for the spammers.
