It's a little too brief, which makes it hard to pick on any details. It
seems as if they will separate fabricated pages from reliable or commercial
ones. That's the gist of it all.
The outcome shouldn't be much different than what they currently have.
Google already weed out much of the spam. Those who complain about spam in
Google haven't toured around altenative search engines perhaps. For the
sake of comparison, look at overlaps in Yahoo and Google and you will see
that Yahoo has more results (it argues to have indexed by far more pages)
because it includes all the scraped material.
