It seems to me like some domains haven't been 'touched' yet. I wouldn't
worry about it. As I said, it's probably not an algorithm tweaking issue.
Remember that Google have the huge task of assigning numbers to billions of
pages. It is not a matter of working under the table and then flipping it
over to have complete updates occur within a second. This is being applied
in staged 'patched' as like somebody stated already, will probably all
finish on the 21st of June. Until then, it is healthier to ignore PageRank.
If it helps, disable the visibility of PageRank for a week. This will put
to end all the speculations and paranoia.
