My homebreed css specialist/validation freak said it is piece of s***t -
every page is three times too large (in kB transferred terms) due to
the way it is formatted. Didn't check that, but he is from my school
so I believe him ;)
I never had much trust in commercial software. Large cubicle farms with
bright lights and under-motivated programmers lead to deficient code.
After I have send previous post I have also checked - out of curiosity -
how the page code at WMW looks. And Junior was right - almost every piece
of text is formatted using font, face and color tags, plus some other -
AND class deifinition. CSS file is almost empty. That's crazy.
The sad thing is almost nobody thinks these days in the terms low traffic,
low file size = good, high traffic, large files = abuse of resources.
It is no longer necessary to code pacman into 4K (I was there :) ) but
it doesn't mean it should take 4GB.
