I know that coming up with a "no" answer would be unfair, but it has been
almost a day since the original post.

After 2.5 years of relying heavily on my ToDo lists (now Tasks, don't ask me
why), I moved everything to the Datebook (Calendar) about a month ago. I
don't think that automatic tools exist because only your mind understands
the cycles and nature of the tasks entirely. What would due date correspond
to in a calendar? There is no notion of when a ToDo record was created
either. What about repetitions, which were the most important reason for me
to place items in ToDo and not DateBook.

What I suggest you do is take a few hours off your daily routine, sit on
your workstation with Palm Desktop (since it is more convenient) and move
one item at a time. Any 'robotic' equivalent is hard to /rely/ on. You'll
feel much better at the end, trust me. Also, since you rely on a daily
list, possibly with alarms, you will never again need to check lists. the
'lists' will come to you. It's a type of freedom.

Roy
