I can remember the good old days when it was only html. But now with
php and others running amok, it is harder to tell if a site was worth
linking to.

I don't know if they are just not using php correctly, or just
blocking the PR on purpose. There are too many "webmasters" out there
that try to hold back their PR.

For that alone, the PR part of the toolbar is priceless.

I used it as a guide, not as a law.
