There is a similar tool for Firefox. It is the PageRank extension
(http://toolbar.nickstallman.net/) that sits upon Googlebar
(http://googlebar.mozdev.org/). However, PageRank is now void (see a
screenshot at http://www.schestowitz.com/IMG/blog/pagerank.jpg). I even
tried a Perl script to fetch the PR of several domains, but an empty string
is always returned.
It seems like there is no way around it until Google servers decide to
report something back. I might try that Alexa meter otherwise. In the mean
time, one can also use the backlinks button (the right-hand-side in
http://www.schestowitz.com/IMG/blog/pagerank.jpg) to approximate PR.
