Skype <skype.com> have said for quite some time that the Palm OS version is
coming out shortly. I think it was months ago, so I don't know what is
happening. Having just checked again, there isn't yet a download for Palm
OS.
Communication is certainly headed in this direction. One day we'll be
talking over WiFi(or equivalent, where available)-enabled PDA's. Everybody
will be happy except for cellular telephony networks.
