Yes, give it a few days (varies depending on the crawling cycles on your
site) and things will begin to shape up more nicely. In most cases, there
will be no public ads unless the pages are new or contain no words.
As a side note, I suspect that caching for ads is something that is
completely separate from the standard Google cache.
