Hmmm...

That website should say

"The BBC is not responsible for the content of external internet sites*"

with a footnote way at the bottom:

"*...or this site".

:-)

The only real quirk I see is

<body id="mozilla-com">

which is easily changed if IE7 tries to get cute.  Otherwise,
it's straight HTML4 -- unless Mozilla wants to get cute itself
by coding things like

<body bork001='yes' bork002='yes' bork003='yes' ... bork998='yes'
bork999='no' id="mozilla-com">

just to waste bandwidth...
