a) that was phrased as a question
b) it's been amended to "Wintrolls and people not smart enough to figure
out how to use a filter."

Why the hell does anyone *care* if he posts 200 - or 2,000 - news items a
day?  If you don't want to see them, filter them.  Don't whine about it. 
If you're using such a crappy news reader that it doesn't support
filtering, get one that does, there's plenty available, even for free.
