viral software needs to have their premises raided, and all copies
seized to protect the public. Thats what after all happens to script
kiddies and their virus writing computers and other tools.

Any virus writer has now cast iron legal defense that
the law has not been enforced for big business, and
therefore they should not be punished either because
his human rights are then selectively being violated
