Well, no, I'd say that it's not, in fact, but I can see that Microsoft
might try another round of monopoly abuse to try to give that
impression. I cannot see any court holding up an argument that
Microsoft are in a position to tell a customer how they can access
/their own/ data.
I'm wondering whether we need to look at a change in the law to prevent
these kinds of attempts, though.
