People should be oblivious to security if the software is properly
implemented. They are no 'skills' needed.

While I glance at some financial news, I can't help but wonder if the
publishers (seevral of them) are owned by Microsoft. Several of them
consistently mention Microsoft in the footers. I could almost swear that
these are commercials disguised as "recommendations". It's not
unprecedented. Look no further than CNBC (MSN Money) or even stories such as
this:
