This is truly fantastic - probably for the first time /ever/, it's
possible for Universities to prepare their students for the software
world in the same way they've been able to prepare their engineers,
scientists and mathematicians for scores of decades;  they can work on
the /real things/;  they learn the /real trade/.

No binary-only stuff here, but actual real programming which can be used
on a real computer from the moment its written.
