I intended to ask the University to throw money at the Horde project, thanks
to which they happily serve tens of thousands of students and staff. I doubt
they ever bothered.

I have been getting some (non-public) information that 86 MP's have already
signed the EDM. BECTA won't be pleased. It looks good for Open Source in
schools and universities, unless Microsoft, the BSA and the rest of The Gang
begin to lobby, FUD, and bully. A press release is on its way.
