I have been seeing the following for a while (dozens of press releases) and
thought the same thing as BTL.
Intalio makes disingenuous claim that it has released code as open source

Microsoft, among others, has its share of Open Source frauds too. Shared
source is just one example. The terms are being corrupted... even Free
software is sometimes mistakenly mixed with Freeware/Shareware. There are
also "Open Source library" press releases... among many things that turned
it into a 'junk food' word. Even Novell does it, having totally betrayed the
GPL. Maybe I'll just post Linux/FOSS (libre) stuff from now on...
