You have evidently done little or no research on the matter. There is a
/huge/ number of companies that provide such services, including individual,
standalone Web sites that do not rely on a middleman.
I can't truly recommend AdWords/AdSense due to frauds, which are the result
of prevalence (victim of one's own success?). I don't hear much about
Overture and Chitika, but maybe they are worth a shot. They will probably be
less susceptible to misuse.
If you seek to have graphical banner ads, seek one of the many relevant
companies by searching the Web.
