Services, yes, but *settlement*? That sounds like financial markets
stuff, which is generally less `Linux-based' than `Oracle or DB2 on Unix
based' IME (as in, they'll use all sorts of Unix boxes; increasingly
Linux but not always by any means).

It's also a field with an amazing number of one-shot (`vertical
markets', ick) proprietary stuff, and it's knowledge of *that* that
matters.

So this seems like a clueless newbie to me, who probably doesn't know
what snake-infested waters he's dipping his toes in but has heard
there's a quick buck to be made :/
