If the distribution makes enough of a fuss, there will be torrents lying
about anyway...

In fact, it's only a matter of time until you get some 'black market' with
XGL, media (including codecs (mplayer), MythTV) and various drivers out of
the box. Maybe even popular proprietary software like that which Google
spits at us as binaries... and with GNU/Linux popularised the FSF might care
as much as Microsoft cares about illegal copies of its software, which only
helps it increase profits through data and skills lockin...
