*LOL* More like a dog (Vista). Do you know the way they pee like half a dozen
times throughout a single walk around the block?

I hope security is a subset of what you call "BUG FIXES". Without security,
Windows will lose its place on the Internet. It's already wreaking havoc and
things get worse by the day as computing capacity rises and bandwidth
likewise. Hardware requirement serve as a deterrent to upgrades (including
critical patches). Have you heard of any patches from Microsoft recently
that were not severe, or at least involve risk of hijacking?
By the way, the Linux kernel will have a bugfix cycle as well. Morton and
Torvalds both agreed on that. It's more of a cleanup which improves support
for very old (often overly antiquated) hardware.
