Now here's some proof that customer pressure works. Several months ago,
I insisted that Red Hat be removed from a carrier production device and
be replaced with SuSe, because they were CGL compliant. Red Hat refused
to become CGL compliant.
What I really /love/ about the free software world is that the customer
really can influence what happens, because vendor lock-in doesn't work
any more.
Now, when Red Hat have done their CGL cerfification, then I'll talk to
them, but not before.
