I suspect, although I am not sure, that Mary used to be very critical of
Microsoft (Much like Tor of GoogleWatch). In the past year or so she has
been very cocky towards Microsoft. I not only considered unsubscribing, but
I also suspect that she gets paid for her opinions (much as Microsoft did
with Robert Scoble). She seems to have become a shill as she defends the
company rather than serve as a 'watcher', when controversies arise in
particular.

Let's not forget the the 12 tenets are an admission of guilt. These also
prove that the fines are nowhere near enough of a punishment for black money
that has accumulated over the years/decades, owing to black hat business
practices.
