Not to mention what "Runs under Linux really means"
First you have to figure out how to configure Wine so that these things
will run, and it is not the same for all applications.
There are tweaks that need to be applied.
Then, you will discover that there are problems with all of these
applications running under wine and none of them work as well as they do
under Windows.
