Quick snapshot reveals that traffic is the highest at
comp.sys.palmtops.pilot.
The second is this one (alt.comp.sys.palmtops.pilot ). Busier forums often
have the merit that an inquirer is more likely to get a reply (usually
troubleshooting-type questions). To list lower-traffic Palm newsgroups:
comp.sys.palmtops (185)
alt.comp.os.plam (72)
ukk.comp.sys.palmtops (46)
alt.comp.sys.palmtops (20)
The frustrating thing about some of these groups is that people crosspost in
them or run away before an answer is given. Moreover, when you post a reply
to help people in the Pa;m newsgroups (broadly speaking, but especially in
quieter groups) rarely do you get a thank-you or even receive evidence that
the OP read your message. This can be very frustrating. The communities that
thrive in Palm newsgroups are merely inexistent, which in turn kills them
gradually. Been around here for over 2 years...
