| the system to Linux. The notice read in part:

| "On Saturday, July 1, 2006, beginning at 6:00 A.M., the court will begin
| the process of converting its server platform from Solaris to Linux.
| This server supports the court's electronic database, CM/ECF. To ensure
| a successful conversion the United States Bankruptcy Court and Clerk's
| Office in all three court locations will be closed and inaccessible
| on Monday, July 3, 2006."
