Oh for the love of ... The good news for Microsoft: the
VHA has no standing to sue for trademark infringment as
it's a government agency. :-)
The bad news: if VHA is considering this, Microsoft
has some work cut out for them in selling Vista (Server
Edition, presumably) to implement VistA.
