A stupid quibble that just shows the hysteric mind set of the linux 
fans!  The article said "20% less downtime" and also said "20% greater 
uptime" while clearly defining the absolute time spans involved.  The 
failure of a PR flack to appreciate the subtleties of ratios and 
fractions is hardly such a cause for alarm.  A simple misstatement is 
all it was and the gist of the test, showing Windows slightly better in 
the stability department than linux is not lost by all the blather from 
the fans, dismayed at the loss in the big league competition.
